Please read the following rules and terms of the Tempscript.com PTC service very carefully before joining. We've tried to keep them as short and simple as possible so they would be easy to understand and follow.


TempScript.com TERMS OF SERVICE

Who Can Use TempScript.com
US citizens and International users are allowed, except where membership is prohibited by law. TempScript.com does not discriminate based on race, nationality, disability, or religion. Specialized campaigns, programs and opportunities may periodically be offered to members residing in pre-selected nations or regions.  

User Account Policy
You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or your account(s) will be terminated. If you have forgotten your user information, you can use the soon to be implemented “forgot password” form to request it. You may NOT refer other people in your household and only ONE member PER computer. You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program but you will only earn referral income from those that you DIRECTLY refer because TempScript.com does not and will not operate in a pyramid structure. Users must have a valid e-mail address to register with our program. All e-mail addresses are verified and the system will not let you join without validation of your e-mail address. At this time, user accounts will not be deleted due to inactivity. Any accounts that are determined to be inactive for a period longer than 90 days may have their current balance reset to 0.  Report any suspected theft of your account and make sure to use a password that is entirely unique to TempScript.com.

Member Payments
TempScript.com members accrue earnings that are derived from the advertising revenue TempScript.com generates. Users are paid on the within 7 business days for the previous months earnings as long as they’ve met the pre-determined payment threshold of $10USD. Current payment method is PayPal. Each user is responsible for verifying that all address and payment information is correct. If a paypal payment is unable to be successfully delivered, the member will be notified and given the option to correct the information.

Members’ Relationship to TempScript.com
Nothing is expressed or implied that creates any type of employment relationship between the general members or advertisers and TempScript.com. You are not partners, employees, or sales representatives for TempScript.com.  Members have no legal authority to conduct business, solicit offers, or otherwise represent themselves as a partner or employee of TempScript.com.

Taxes
By joining Tempscript, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.

TempScript.com Products and Services Statement
It is the responsibility of each individual to thoroughly research and evaluate any potential purchase of products and services offered on TempScript.com. This includes, but is not limited to, purchases such as: Premium Memberships, TempScript.com Referral Packages, Advertising, Stumbles or any other products and services that TempScript.com may offer now or in the future. You accept full responsibility and liability for any and all purchases made, and any subsequent risk or loss associated with your purchase. All purchases on TempScript.com are to be considered final and will be non-refundable. TempScript.com staff will be available to assist with any questions or problems relating to any TempScript.com product or service and may be contacted at any time. TempScript.com makes absolutely no guarantee, expressed or implied, in reference to your earning potential resulting from any upgrades, products, or services of any kind purchased from TempScript.com. None of the products or services offered on TempScript.com are to be considered securities, stocks, bonds or investment products of any kind. The completion of any purchase constitutes your complete agreement with the TempScript.com Products and Services Statement. 

Please Note: You are not an employee of Tempscript and you are not an independent contractor for Bux Sense. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or Tempscript has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.

Termination of Account 
We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. The reasons include, but are not limited to: fraud, system abuse, hacking, hate speech, slander, or any other actions found unsuitable by TempScript.com. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are found to be promoting, offering or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to “auto-click”, “auto-surf”, “ad-alert”, or circumvent or defraud the TempScript.com system in any way, your account will be terminated immediately. Legal action may also be initiated. Deletion of your account due to any of these violations results in forfeiture of all account balances. 

Information Rights Policy
TempScript.com may, in compliance with our privacy policy, transfer and disclose to third parties basic registration information you submit to facilitate your acceptance into the program. TempScript.com may provide non-personally-identifiable registration data you provide, including URLs, member statistics, interest selections, and similar information submitted to TempScript.com, with advertisers, business associates, and other third parties.

TempScript.com Non-Commitment and Limited Liability Statement
TempScript.com will not be held liable for failed business opportunities, lost monies, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising from or related to TempScript.com or this user agreement. All provisions of this section survive termination or expiration of the Terms of Service. TempScript.com has no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to member accounts or products or services advertised on TempScript.com. Third party links are viewed at your own risk. TempScript.com does not express nor guarantee any commitment toward any members, past or present. At any time, at the discretion of TempScript.com, with or without notice, the program may become unavailable to any or all members. If such termination of the program occurs, TempScript.com will remain without commitment to members, past or present, of the TempScript.com program. Additionally there is no representation that the operation of TempScript.com will be without errors or downtime, and we are not liable for consequences of interruptions or errors in the sites performance.

Spam Policy
Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join TempScript.com without any prior contact with you is against our policy. We have ZERO tolerance against spamming and if we receive just ONE SINGLE complaint against you for spamming, we first verify that the spam incident did occur and then we delete your account. Spamming is a violation of the law, and you may be prosecuted for verified spam incidents. 

Advertising Policy
All advertisements must be inspected and approved by TempScript.com staff. Prohibited advertisements include sites that contain: pornography or sexual content, malicious script or code, viruses, discriminatory or hate-based websites, illegal drugs or pharmaceuticals, or anything found to be illegal in any form. Advertising that is approved should remain unchanged during the course of the active ad campaign. Ads may be disapproved at the discretion of TempScript.com staff. 

Indemnity 
You will indemnify and hold harmless TempScript.com, its parents, affiliates, customers, vendors, officers and employees from any liability, damage or cost (including reasonable attorneys fees and cost) from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your access to the Site, use of the Services, or violation of the Terms of Services by you. TempScript.com may disclose personally identifiable information if required to do so by law.
 
Miscellaneous Provisions
These terms are subject to the laws of the United States. Legal actions relating to the Terms of Service or any services, features, products of TempScript.com must be brought before the state court system in Union County, Florida and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of said court. This agreement will be binding on, and enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Past failure to enforce any provisions of the Terms of Service does not waive our right to enforce any such provisions at any time.

This Terms of Service agreement is a valid legal agreement between the registering party and TempScript.com. By registering your account you agree that you are bound to all stipulations found in this agreement and that you have read and understood all terms and conditions listed. You assume all risks and liability arising from your activities conducted on TempScript.com.
